Order Cancellation: Please note that we implement a Cancellation Policy, with term & conditions.
Once you place your order if you change your mind to cancel the order, we only provide refund as a voucher code for future shop. Expire in 6 weeks from provide date. Unfortunately, we are not able to give refunds. If your parcel already dispatched no refund and no return.
Unfortunately, from 1 July 2024 we are not accepting any return and cancellation. If we send wrong size or articles, we only going to accept return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards + On full price items anymore.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
